By accessing or using our AI-powered receptionist service for assisted living facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Service Description

ALF Connect provides AI-powered phone reception services designed specifically for assisted living facilities. Our service includes:

  • 24/7 automated call handling and routing
  • Appointment booking and scheduling
  • SMS and email notifications
  • CRM integration and analytics
  • Workflow automation features

3. SMS Messaging Terms

3.1 SMS Program Description

ALF Connect offers an SMS notification program for transactional appointment-related messages. By providing your mobile phone number when scheduling an appointment, you consent to receive automated SMS text messages from ALF Connect at the phone number provided.

3.2 Types of SMS Messages

You may receive the following types of SMS messages:

  • Appointment Confirmations: Immediate confirmation when you book an appointment
  • Appointment Reminders: Reminders sent 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
  • Appointment Updates: Notifications about rescheduled or cancelled appointments
  • Service Status Updates: Important system notifications about your account or service

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your appointment activity. You may receive up to 5 messages per appointment (confirmation, reminder, updates).

3.3 Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by:

  • Text STOP: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately
  • Call Us: Call (321) 947-6372 to request removal
  • Email Us: Email [email protected] with your phone number

After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and then no further messages will be sent to your phone number.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard text messaging rates from your mobile carrier will apply to all SMS messages sent and received. The number of messages you receive will depend on your appointment activity. Please contact your mobile carrier for information about your text messaging plan and charges.

3.6 Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is available on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Availability may vary by carrier and location.

3.7 Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. ALF Connect and mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered SMS messages. Message delivery is subject to network availability, carrier policies, and other factors beyond our control.

3.8 Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to consent to receive SMS messages from ALF Connect. By providing your mobile phone number, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age.

3.9 Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and will never share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is used solely for providing appointment-related notifications. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

3.10 No Marketing Messages

ALF Connect SMS messages are transactional only and do not include marketing or promotional content. We will never send unsolicited marketing messages without separate explicit consent.

4. Use of Service

You agree to use ALF Connect only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Use the service to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the service

5. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account with ALF Connect, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Ensuring all information provided is accurate and current

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our 30-day money-back guarantee. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

7. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ALF Connect is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALF Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. HIPAA Compliance

ALF Connect is designed to be HIPAA compliant for assisted living facilities. We do not transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) via SMS messages. All PHI is handled in accordance with HIPAA regulations and stored securely in our encrypted systems.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
